Clause 02

2. Responsibility

Provide genuine and accurate information.
Maintain valid licences and documents.
Complete assigned work on time.
Maintain client confidentiality.
Follow applicable laws and regulations.
Provide quality services/products.
Avoid false promises or misleading information.
Maintain professional conduct.
Clause 03

3. Payment & Registration Fees

Partner Registration Fee at actual on portal.
One-time registration fee.
The registration fee is non-refundable.
Payment must be completed before partner account activation.
Registration does not guarantee business, leads, orders, tenders, finance approval or projects.

Commission Structure

Commission, payment timing and applicable taxes shall be governed by the relevant partner agreement, quotation, work order or commercial arrangement given by Maharashtra Solar Business Syndicate (MSBS) from time to time.

4. Terms & Conditions

1Partner registration does not guarantee business or leads.
2All documents and information must be genuine.
3Tender awards depend entirely on the concerned authority.
4Finance approval depends on the respective financial institution.
5Suppliers are responsible for product/service quality, delivery and warranty.
6Partners are responsible for their own statutory and legal compliance.
7Commercial terms may vary according to the specific project or agreement.
8Partners must not misuse Tender Master's name, brand, data or platform.
9Tender Master may suspend or terminate a partner account for violations, fraud, misconduct or non-compliance.
10All rights reserved to Maharashtra Solar Business Syndicate.

5. Disclaimer

Tender Master is an independent consultancy and business platform and is not a Government Department, Government Authority, PSU or Government Representative.

Tender Master does not guarantee or accept responsibility for:

Tender award or L1 status
Tender qualification
Government/PSU payments
Supply orders or purchase orders
Payment delays or payment defaults
Finance approval or disbursement
Project allocation
Investment returns or profits
Supplier performance or client payment

Tender Master shall not be responsible for any tender-related, supply-related, project-related or third-party payment dispute unless expressly accepted by Tender Master in a separate written agreement.

Independent Verification Advisory: All partners and clients should independently verify tender documents, orders, contracts, financial arrangements and commercial terms before proceeding.

6. Brand & Ownership

1Tender Master is powered by Maharashtra Solar Business Syndicate.
2All rights relating to the Tender Master brand, platform, website, content, systems, processes, designs and intellectual property are reserved by Maharashtra Solar Business Syndicate, subject to applicable law.
3No partner may use the Tender Master name, logo, content, documents or branding without prior written authorization.
Clause 07

7. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Any dispute, claim or disagreement arising from the use of the Tender Master platform or partner relationship shall first be addressed through mutual discussion and resolution.
If the dispute cannot be resolved mutually, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jalna, Maharashtra, India, subject to applicable law.

8. Partner Acceptance

By proceeding with registration, the partner declares and confirms the following statements:

I have provided genuine and accurate information.
I agree to pay the one-time registration fee.
I understand that the registration fee is non-refundable.
I accept the applicable commission structure time to time of MSBS given.
I understand that Tender Master does not guarantee tenders, orders, finance or payments.
I agree to the Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer.
I accept Jalna, Maharashtra as the exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
